Last month we had the honor of meeting miss D. Her session was nothing but laughs. She shared a bit into her experience with Eligan Boudoir & why she decided to book a boudoir session. Check out this blog to see images from her shoot & insights from one of the sweetest souls! 

Prior to booking your session with Eligan Boudoir, what hesitations did you have about doing a boudoir shoot?
​I absolutely never thought I was good enough to be behind the camera. I have always been very bad at putting myself down over my body.

What was your own personal reason for wanting to have a boudoir session?
I wanted to show myself that I am who I am and self worth is a number one thing.

Was your session a gift for anyone special, or just for yourself?
Was a pick me up after dealing with a divorce at such a young age I just wanted to get pictures so I can look at myself and see how much I have grown in confidence and body positive. After following the page I just took the leap for it.

Why did you choose Eligan Boudoir for your boudoir experience?
​I absolutely love the style and the way everything is put into your sessions. You make sure your client feels 100 percent comfortable when shooting!

How did your session with EB differ from what you were expecting before entering our studio?
When I first booked I was always second doubting myself I never thought I would go they with it after I want to book more sessions and just show how confident I should be even when I never thought I would be.

What was your favorite part of the boudoir experience?
​The way I was talked through step by step and help with outfits I never thought I would find a piece that would look half way decent on my body and was proved wrong.

Other than beautiful photos, of course, what else did you take away from your boudoir experience? What type of impact did it have on you?
I have learned self worth no matter what body type you have you are beautiful. Never put yourself down. I have learned I don’t need to be skinny to be beautiful

Now that you are officially a Boudie Babe, if you could give advice to any woman reading this who is on the fence about booking a session, what would you tell her?
​BOOK THAT SESSION! You absolutely will not regret it!
